[OpenAM] 2 openam applications on same container

Hi,

normally you wouldn't run 2 instances on the same container, as if 1 
container crashes it will take the 2nd node with it. Use two container 
instances on the same machine (2 different glassfish domains or 2 
different tomcat installations, running on different ports).
