[OpenAM] Configuring remote WS-Federation identity provider

Attached a pdf you can find on the net regarding WS-Fed with ADFS - in case you did not
find it.

As you may have seen I have asked w/r to multiple realm using WS-Fed. It is fairly simple
to set up, considering the ADFS setup is done right.

Have also a look at
